What we collect
When you request a trial or contact us through the site we receive the name, email address, device and optional WhatsApp number you enter, plus your IP address for spam protection.
When you order on WhatsApp we see your WhatsApp profile name and number, and the plan you chose. Payment details are handled by the payment provider you choose and are not stored by us.
How we use it
To create and support your account, send your login details, answer your messages and remind you before a plan ends. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to count visits and see which pages are useful. The Google tag is present on every page, but consent mode starts with all storage denied, so no analytics cookies are set unless you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you click "Decline", no cookies are set and Google may only receive anonymous, cookieless signals that do not identify you.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) that expire after 13 months, and Google receives information about the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not store your full IP address. Advertising features are switched off and no advertising cookies are set.
Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The site also loads Google Tag Manager, which manages Google tags on these pages and follows the same consent choice. Your choice is remembered in your browser for six months. You can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Storage and retention
Account records are kept while your plan is active and for 12 months afterwards so that you can renew with the same login, then deleted. Form submissions are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted by emailing . We answer within 30 days.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on servers with access limited to the support team. Login details are sent to you through WhatsApp or email; keep them private.
